OneEnergy Renewables seeks a Senior Manager, Project Finance to lead financings turning our development pipeline into operating solar and storage assets. You will own the financial models behind investment decisions, work with lenders, tax equity investors and project investors, and lead a team from screening through close.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, preferably with an MBA or CPA.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate development, construction, or related industry.
• Proven track record closing construction/term debt and tax equity transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise.
• Experience financing community solar, distributed generation, or battery storage projects; tax credit transfers and hybrid tax equity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to all levels and outside financiers.
• Experience using generative AI and automation to streamline financial modeling and diligence with proper controls.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate, structure, negotiate, and close project financings (construction, warehouse, term debt, tax equity).
• Develop and maintain relationships with tax equity investors, lenders, project investors, and others.
• Manage due diligence processes.
• Own integrity of project finance models from opportunity screening to investment committee decisions.
• Review and validate project development and delivery expense forecasts; collaborate on cash projections.
• Enhance cross-functional workstreams in support of project finance modeling and approvals.
• Improve systems and processes for quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Promote knowledge transfer on tax equity outlook and market considerations.
• Prepare presentation materials for project and corporate stakeholders.
