Job summary

BE&K Building Group is seeking a Project Executive/Operations Manager to oversee large, complex projects, coordinating multiple teams and ensuring profitability, safety, and client satisfaction. The role reports to the Business Unit Leader and may manage a portfolio exceeding $75M.

The ideal candidate has extensive senior project management experience, demonstrated success as a Senior Project Manager, and strong leadership capabilities to drive strategic plans and staffing across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years project management experience.
• At least 2 years as Senior Project Manager.
• Ability to lead large, complex projects and coordinate multiple teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Overall project leader accountable for project results.
• Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and staffing.
• Lead scheduling and ensure on-time delivery across projects.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor payments; track costs.
• Ensure safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Develop client relationships and pursue repeat business.
