You should have a strong Senior Project Manager background, with extensive PM experience and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and align operations with business development goals.

Qualifications

• Proven prior success as Senior Project Manager, or equivalent role.
• Minimum of 12 years project management experience.
• At least 2 years in Senior Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead project profitability, safety, and contract compliance.
• Recruit and staff project teams and supervise staffing.
• Develop client relationships and pursue repeat business.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and subcontractor management.
• Provide leadership and performance evaluations for staff.
