Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven prior success as Senior Project Manager or equivalent role.
• Minimum of 12 years project management experience, with at least two years as Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and be the primary accountable for project results.
• Participate in estimating and lead as required.
• Prepare and manage subcontracts and purchase orders; delegate as needed.
• Negotiate Owner contracts and develop strategic project plans.
• Establish profitability goals and staff targets to achieve them.
• Lead overall project scheduling and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Oversee documentation processes, RFIs, submittals, and communication practices.
• Approve Change Management plans and ensure project compliance.
• Develop project execution plans and monitor adherence.
