Job summary

BE&K Building Group seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager (PEX/OM) to lead large, complex construction programs in the Indianapolis area. You will own project profitability, safety, and schedule while guiding cross-functional teams and developing the staffing strategy.

Responsibilities include leading risk management, client relations, contract administration, and coordinating with operations, business development, and executives to deliver projects over $75M with excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of project management experience, with at least two years in a Senior Project Manager role.
• Proven success as Senior Project Manager or equivalent role on large, complex projects.
• Ability to lead staffing, drive profitability, and coordinate across multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

• Overall project leader, planner and primary owner of project results.
• Lead risk and change management, ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Recruit, staff and train project teams; manage subcontractor and vendor payments.
• Develop execution plans, schedules and monitor progress with senior staff.
• Interface with owners, architects, and executives to align on strategic goals.
