Job summary

BE&K Building Group seeks a Project Executive/Operations Manager to provide senior leadership for complex projects in Bloomington. The role requires overseeing multiple projects, staffing, strategy, and active client engagement to ensure profitability and quality outcomes.

The PEX/OM will report to the Business Unit Leader or VP of Operations, manage large-scale projects, and drive performance through cost control, scheduling, and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years as Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project results, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Staffing, recruiting, and staff development for projects.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Oversee documentation, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reporting.
• Maintain risk management and facilitate executive meetings and client relations.
