Job summary

Orion is seeking a Project Manager in Vancouver, WA, on-site, to lead marine and heavy civil projects. You will develop bid packages, estimate costs, and coordinate with suppliers and crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 8+ years in marine construction, strong communication, and a commitment to safety under our Target Zero program.

Qualifications

• A B.S. degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in civil/marine construction or heavy industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops bid proposals and cost estimates for marine construction projects.
• Provides overall project management guidance to superintendents and foremen.
• Schedules work activities and coordinates with suppliers and customers.
• Negotiates contracts and change orders as required.
