The role emphasizes overseeing contract administration, budgeting, and delivering profitable projects, with leadership responsibility over PMs and team development, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience managing large projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of construction law and business practices.
• Proficient with MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review proposals and participate in the RFP process.
• Support business development by expanding client relationships.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, invoices, and payment processes.
• Set project objectives, budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Lead project team and mentor PMs and senior staff.
• Ensure quality, risk, safety, and compliance.
