Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Kentucky seeks a Project Executive for Integrated Solutions - Delivery to lead contract execution, client satisfaction, and financial performance on large-scale energy infrastructure projects.

The role oversees multi-project teams, mentors managers, manages schedules and change orders, and builds strong client and vendor relationships to deliver energy savings and growth for ENFRA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of verifiable experience in LARGE ($20M+) commercial construction.
• Design build experience is a plus.
• 4-year degree in Construction Management (or related field) AND applicable field work experience in the Company core markets.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).

Responsibilities

• Management of all project team members across potentially multiple projects and geographies.
• Champion project safety and risk management for the company.
• Mentor and train Project Managers and Superintendents for career growth.
• Manage, with the team, the overall project financials and communicate them to leadership.
• Lead the development of Subcontract and Purchase Order exhibits for buy-out of scopes of work.
• Develop project schedules with detailed workflows to meet energy savings goals.
