Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of verifiable experience in large ($20M+) commercial construction.
• 4-year degree in Construction Management (or related field) AND applicable field work experience.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and ability to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage all project team members (Project Administrator, Project Accountant, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents).
• Champion project safety and risk management for the company.
• Mentor and train Project Managers and Superintendents for career growth and development.
• Manage the overall project financials and communicate them to leadership.
• Inform Vice President of employee development and performance issues.
• Lead contract and change management processes and ensure buy-out of scopes of work.
