Job Description

This Project Executive / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of new urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with contracts and subcontractor management, and experience with high-rise and CIP concrete multi-story construction.

1. Oversee and direct projects from start to finish.
2. Supervise project administration staff and construction engineers, collaborating with project superintendents to establish operational priorities.
3. Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue, ensuring adherence to estimates.
4. Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts/subcontracts.
5. Build strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers.
6. Maintain project documentation such as RFI logs and change orders.

Qualifications

1. Current or previous experience with a General Contractor.
2. Experience with new construction in Hospitality, Hotels, and High-Rise Condominiums.
3. Experience with urban infill and downtown projects.
4. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5. Proven experience managing projects from start to finish (ground-up).
6. Strong software skills, including Procore or similar programs.
7. Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
8. Team management experience is a plus.
