Job description

This Project Executive / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of new, urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects and be an expert communicator, proficient with contracts and subcontractor management, high-rise projects, and CIP Concrete multi-story construction.

Responsibilities

1. Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
2. Directing and supervising the work of project administration staff and construction engineers, in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
3. Forecasting, tracking, and reporting project costs and revenue, ensuring adherence to estimates
4. Resolving problems related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contract administration
5. Developing strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
6. Maintaining project documentation such as RFI logs and change orders

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working with a General Contractor
• Experience with New Construction Hospitality, Hotels, & High-Rise Condominiums
• Experience with Urban In-Fill / Downtown projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience managing projects from ground-up to completion
• Strong software skills, including Procore or similar programs
• Excellent time management and scheduling skills
• Team management experience is a plus

• Coordinate with the Safety Manager to meet safety goals
