Job Description

The Project Executive / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of new urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects. They should be an excellent communicator, proficient in contracts and subcontractor management, and experienced with high-rise and CIP concrete multi-story construction.

• Oversee and direct projects from start to finish
• Supervise project administration staff and construction engineers; collaborate with project superintendents to establish priorities
• Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue; ensure adherence to estimates
• Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts
• Build strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers
• Maintain project documentation such as RFI logs and change orders

To increase interview success, candidates should have:

• Experience working with a general contractor
• Experience in new construction hospitality, hotels, and high-rise condos
• Experience with urban infill/downtown projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience managing projects from start to finish (ground-up)
• Strong software skills, such as Procore or similar programs
• Proven scheduling and time management skills
• Team management experience is a plus
