Job Description

This Project Executive / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of new urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with contracts and subcontractor management, and experience with high-rise and CIP concrete multi-story construction.

• Oversee and direct projects from start to finish.
• Supervise project administration staff and construction engineers, collaborating with project superintendents to establish operational priorities.
• Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue, ensuring adherence to estimates.
• Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts/subcontracts.
• Build strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
• Maintain project documentation such as RFI logs and change orders.

To increase interview success, candidates should have:

• Experience working with a General Contractor.
• Experience with New Construction Hospitality, Hotels, and High-Rise Condominiums.
• Experience with Urban In-Fill and Downtown projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish (Ground-Up).
• Strong software skills, preferably with Procore or similar programs.
• Proven ability to manage and schedule projects effectively.
• Team management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
