Job Description

This Project Executive / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of new, urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with contracts and subcontractor management, and experience with high-rise and CIP concrete multi-story construction.

1. Oversee and direct projects from start to finish.
2. Supervise project administration staff and construction engineers, collaborating with project superintendents to establish priorities.
3. Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue, ensuring adherence to estimates.
4. Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts.
5. Build strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
6. Maintain documentation such as RFI logs and change orders.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working with a General Contractor.
• Experience in New Construction Hospitality, Hotels, High-Rise Condos, Urban In-Fill, or Downtown projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish (Ground-Up).
• Strong software skills, including Procore or similar programs.
• Proven scheduling and time management skills.
• Team management experience is a plus.
