Job description

Job Description: This Project Executive / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of new, urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects and be an expert communicator, proficient with contracts and subcontractor management, high-rise projects, and CIP Concrete multi-story construction.

  1. Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
  2. Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
  3. Responsible for forecasting, tracking / reporting project costs / revenue and adherence to project estimates
  4. Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment, and contracts / subcontracts administration
  5. Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
  6. Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project such as RFI logs and change orders

To increase interview success, the candidate will have:

  • Current or previous experience working with a General Contractor
  • Experience with New Construction Hospitality / Hotel & High-Rise Condo
  • Experience with Urban In-Fill / Downtown projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish (Ground-Up)
  • Strong software and technology skills (Procore or similar program)
  • Proven time management skills and experience with scheduling projects
  • Experience managing teams is a plus

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
  • Supervising project administration staff and construction engineers, partnering with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
  • Forecasting, tracking, and reporting project costs and revenue, ensuring adherence to estimates
  • Resolving issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts
  • Coordinating with the Safety Manager to ensure safety goals are met
  • Developing strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
  • Maintaining project documentation such as RFI logs and change orders
