Mortenson seeks an experienced Project Executive I to provide overall management for large projects, lead the project team, and ensure strong customer relations. The role supports operating groups with winning work and engages staff at all levels in a dynamic environment.

The position requires driving project success from pre-construction through close-out, with focus on budgets, profitability, and mentorship of the project team.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain successful customer and community relationships
• Conduct key customer service visits from pre-construction to close-out
• Preview proposals and participate in Request for Proposal process
• Act as primary customer contact for assigned projects
• Support business development initiatives and maintain customer relationships
• Provide oversight and accountability for large projects
• Manage contract administration, including terms, change requests, and invoices
• Maintain project budgets, costs, and pricing for profitable delivery
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for project team
