Job summary

GH Engage seeks a Project Executive to own a portfolio of active high-rise projects in Manhattan and the Bronx. You will drive delivery performance, financial control, and execution standards across multiple jobs while supporting Senior Project Managers and field leadership.

The role requires hands-on executive leadership, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to influence outcomes in a builder-led organization within a fast-paced urban environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in construction management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven track record on high-rise, ground-up projects valued at $50M+.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects with strong commercial discipline.
• Ability to lead senior teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent high-rise projects with strategic direction.
• Lead field teams and Senior Project Managers across portfolios.
• Drive forecasting, cost control, and margin protection.
• Review major subcontract awards, procurement, and change orders.
• Maintain schedule integrity and risk management across sites.
• Provide executive reporting and maintain client/consultant relationships.
