Job summary

INDE is seeking a Ground up Construction Project Executive in New York City to lead the delivery of major 50–60 storey ground-up luxury developments. You will oversee project delivery from preconstruction through turnover, leading project management and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of NYC construction experience with premium general contractors, a proven track record delivering high-rise projects, and strong leadership across commercial and contractual aspects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience.
• Proven Project Executive-level experience in New York City with premium NYC-based General Contractors.
• Extensive ground-up luxury residential and/or commercial experience.
• Experience delivering high-rise projects of approximately 50–60 storeys.
• Proven experience taking major projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong commercial, contractual, scheduling, and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major 50–60 storey ground-up developments.
• Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and wider project teams.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, procurement, and change management.
• Drive project schedules, milestones, and overall execution strategy.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and trade coordination.
• Manage relationships with ownership, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve commercial, operational, and scheduling risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
