Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Owns jobsite safety accountability and contract compliance.
• Directs project administration, superintendents, and engineers to set priorities and maintain relationships.
• Verifies project financial forecasts, notices, and billings to meet contract requirements.
• Leads subcontracting strategy and buyout processes; manages risk and negotiations.
• Develops project schedules and identifies risks to prevent erosion; guides mitigation strategies.
• Ensures quality plans align with owner contracts and project closeout plans.
