Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Project Executive for a premier New York City developer to lead delivery of large-scale, ground-up luxury projects. This is a senior leadership role overseeing project management and field teams from preconstruction through closeout.

The role requires 15+ years of construction experience and a proven track record delivering 50-60 storey high-rise projects in NYC, with strong commercial and scheduling leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction leadership experience.
• Proven Project Executive-level experience in NYC for premium developers.
• Extensive ground-up luxury residential and/or commercial experience.
• Experience delivering high-rise projects of approximately 50-60 storeys.
• Proven ability to take major projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong commercial, contractual, scheduling, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major 50-60 storey ground-up developments.
• Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, procurement, and change management.
• Drive project schedules, milestones, and execution strategy.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and trade coordination.
• Manage relationships with owners, architects, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve commercial, operational, and scheduling risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Our client is a leading New York City developer with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-profile luxury residential and commercial developments.

They are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the delivery of major 50-60 storey ground-up projects across New York City.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position for an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience delivering large-scale, ground-up luxury developments.

The Project Executive will take overall responsibility for project delivery, leading both project management and field teams from preconstruction through construction, turnover, and closeout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the delivery of major 50-60 storey ground-up developments
• Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and wider project teams
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, procurement, and change management
• Drive project schedules, milestones, and overall execution strategy
• Oversee subcontractor performance and trade coordination
• Manage relationships with ownership, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Identify and resolve commercial, operational, and scheduling risks
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards

• Proven Project Executive-level experience in New York City working for premium New York City based General Contractors.
• Strong career stability and progression

• Proven experience taking major projects from preconstruction through completion
• Strong commercial, contractual, scheduling, and team leadership experience
