Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation's JV, TPO&G, seeks a Project Executive to lead the Manhattan Jail project in midtown Manhattan. Based in New York, you will be responsible for the P/L of a large-scale high-profile program and for guiding a team of project managers, engineers, and administrators to project completion.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in construction and construction management projects.
• Ability to organize project information, prepare reports and presentations, and interact with different departments.
• Experience leading an integrated team on large, complex, multi-phase programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the P/L of a large-scale high-profile project.
• Lead an internal team of project managers, engineers, and administration as required.
• Ensure successful execution of all projects from inception to completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
