Job summary

TPO&G, a Tutor Perini Joint venture company, seeks a Project Executive to join our Manhattan Jail project in midtown Manhattan. You will report to a VP of Operations and oversee a large, high-profile program with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities include managing project P/L, budgets, schedules and quality, while building strong client relationships and guiding the project through inception to completion. Strong communication, leadership, and construction software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in construction and construction management projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Architecture/Engineering.
• Ability to organize project information, prepare reports and presentations, and interact with different departments.
• Experience leading an integrated team on large, multi‑phase programs.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the P/L of a large-scale high-profile project.
• Lead an internal team of project managers, engineers, and administration.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to high quality and service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and review owner contracts.
• Develop master project schedules and quality control programs; identify milestones and risks.
• Oversee safety integration in planning and execution; manage subcontractor cost forecasts.
