You will manage budgets, safety, and client relations while directing a team of managers, engineers, and support staff on complex, multi-phase work.

With 20+ years in construction, you will ensure regulatory compliance, robust QA, and strong leadership across departments, delivering exceptional value for a landmark infrastructure effort.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in construction and construction management projects.
• Ability to organize project information, prepare reports and presentations, and interact with different departments.
• Experience leading an integrated team on large, multi-phase programs.
• Demonstrated leadership in an integrated project delivery organization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Tech savvy, ability to use MS Office applications and construction-related software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the P/L of a large-scale high-profile project.
• Lead an internal team of project managers, engineers, and administration as required to achieve successful project completion.
• Be responsible for the successful execution of all projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, building codes and safety standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time and with high quality and service standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance.
• Communicate directly with the client.
• Review owner contracts and ensure compliance.
• Develop master project schedule and quality control program.
• Identify critical issues and milestones.
• Review and approve budgets and scopes with Preconstruction Department.
• Identify potential additional cost issues and forecasts accordingly.
• Incorporate safety into job planning and execution.
• Develop GMP or Lump Sum Contract.
• Analyze the financial ability of subcontractors to perform.
• Conduct weekly and monthly review of job cost reports.
• Develop Look-Ahead Schedules.
• Oversee the company's quality control program on the project.
