Anderson Recruiting + Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive for commercial MEP construction to lead multi-project portfolios in Houston and Dallas.

You will set strategic direction, drive profitability, and strengthen relationships with general contractors, owners, and engineers. The role requires 10+ years in commercial construction with MEP experience, strong leadership, and a background in managing budgets and teams on complex projects.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with leadership responsibility.
• Direct experience with commercial MEP construction (mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical).
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and being responsible for financial and operational performance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple commercial MEP projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, change orders, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field leadership.
