Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Project Executive with 15+ years of commercial MEP construction to lead—across project execution, business development, contract management, and team development.

This hands-on leader will oversee high-level execution, financial performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction for one or more complex MEP projects, spanning multiple facilities and delivery methods.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial MEP construction with progressive responsibility at Project Manager/Executive level.
• Strong background in electrical and/or mechanical construction and multi-discipline projects.
• Deep understanding of contracts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for execution, financial performance, and delivery of complex electrical and mechanical projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams including PMs, engineers, and field leadership.
• Drive business development, client relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Align estimating, preconstruction, and design-build activities with execution realities.
• Manage risk, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across projects.
