Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing multiple larger complex projects.
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
• Ability to present proposals effectively to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project team for a single large complex project or multiple smaller projects.
• Develop client relationships by providing project status updates.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss schedule and issues.

Skills

Expert knowledge of applicable systems design (HVAC, plumbing)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong public speaking ability

Strong computer skills (CADD, ERP, Microsoft Office)

Education

Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience
