The role requires 10+ years in commercial construction with MEP leadership, a track record of profitability, and strong client relationships. You will drive strategic direction, oversee budgets, mentor teams, and help grow new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with leadership responsibility.
• Direct experience with commercial MEP construction.
• Track record of managing multiple projects and profitability.
• Knowledge of contracts, estimating, change orders, forecasting.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial MEP projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, change orders, profitability.
• Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
• Build trusted partnerships with general contractors, owners, engineers, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with estimating, procurement, fabrication, BIM, and field ops to deliver projects.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and support new business development.

You've built the projects. You've led the teams. Now it's time to take your leadership to the next level. ARC is partnering with an established commercial MEP construction company on multiple searches for accomplished Project Executives to lead complex, multimillion-dollar construction projects. We're looking for leaders who understand more than construction schedules and jobsite operations. We want professionals who can drive profitability, build customer relationships, develop strong teams, and own business results.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This high-impact leadership role oversees multiple commercial mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical construction projects. You'll provide strategic direction, oversee financial performance, support project teams, and help strengthen long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Own

• Portfolio Leadership: Oversee multiple commercial MEP projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Financial Performance: Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, change orders, and profitability.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership.
• Customer Relationships: Build trusted partnerships with general contractors, owners, engineers, and key decision-makers.
• Operational Excellence: Partner with estimating, procurement, fabrication, BIM, and field operations to deliver successful projects.
• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and support new business development.

Who We Want To Meet

We're interested in proven leaders with:

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including significant project management and leadership responsibility.
• Direct experience with commercial mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical construction.
• A track record of managing multiple projects and being accountable for financial and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, estimating, change orders, forecasting, and project profitability.
• Experience working for a commercial MEP specialty contractor or in a role with substantial direct MEP project responsibility.
• The ability to lead teams, build customer confidence, and make sound business decisions.
• An engineering degree or equivalent technical education and practical industry experience.
