Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. seeks a Commercial Construction Project Executive to lead mission-critical projects in Northern California, including semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities.

You will guide teams through preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with strong MEP expertise and a track record of managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• Experience delivering semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, or advanced manufacturing projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, process utilities, commissioning, and facility turnover.
• Excellent preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, financial management, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety and quality standards across all projects.
• Provide executive oversight for semiconductor, cleanroom, and advanced manufacturing construction projects.
• Lead projects from preconstruction through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, change management, and profitability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners.
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve significant scope, schedule, cost, and contractual matters.
