Job summary

Thor is hiring a Project Executive in Atlanta, GA to lead hyperscale and colocation data center projects across the United States. This senior role requires 10+ years in construction management, 5+ years in data centers, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management or project delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in data center, mission-critical, or advanced infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with construction delivery tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s or MBA a plus).

• Oversee preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.

Hiring: Project Executive – Data Centers (General Contractor)

A fast-growing data center General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the successful delivery of high-performance, mission-critical facilities across the United States.

This senior leadership role will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale and colocation data center projects, including preconstruction, construction execution, and commissioning. The Project Executive will play a key role in driving project strategy, managing delivery teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will work closely with internal development, design, and operations teams while managing general contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle construction delivery of hyperscale and colocation data centers
