Base Pay Range: $300,000.00 / yr – $300,000.00 / yr

We are partnering with a leading global construction and development firm as they expand their Advanced Technology business unit. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Executive to lead hyperscale data center initiatives in Phoenix, Arizona. As a senior member of this newly formed division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advanced technology projects, driving excellence in delivery, and building strong client relationships in one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy
  • Serve as the senior project leader for hyperscale data center projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide executive oversight across planning, design, and construction phases.
• Client Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hyperscale clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the Advanced Technology unit in high-level client meetings and industry forums.
• Operational Excellence
  • Drive project performance in terms of safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Implement best practices for large-scale, mission-critical facilities.
• Team Development
  • Mentor and develop project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Support recruitment and growth of talent within the Advanced Technology unit.
