We are partnering with a major Industrial Real Estate owner in North America that is expanding its General Contracting division to deliver a growing portfolio of hyperscale data center projects.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager from the General Contractor (GC) side who is ready to step into a Project Executive role, leading multiple large-scale Data Center projects as the business continues to grow.
Please note: Previous Data Center construction experience is essential. Candidates must also be willing to work on-site Monday-Friday.
This programme includes both industrial-to-data center conversions and ground-up hyperscale developments, typically involving facilities of 350,000+ sq. ft. with capacities of up to 150MW.
