Qualifications

• Requires significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Project Management.
• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of Project Engineering / Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a project engineering team for site-specific design of BWRX300 SMR projects.
• Interface with internal/external customers to allocate resources.
• Deliver scope within original cost estimate; manage schedule and budget.
• Lead a team of project engineers and coordinators; influence area strategy.
• Analyze business challenges and propose best practices; stay informed on industry trends.
