Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Project Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance program for the BWRX-300 project. You will mentor staff, oversee supplier quality, and ensure compliance with rigorous regulatory and customer requirements. Travel up to 50% will be required for on-site audits and surveillance.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage documentation, and report KPIs to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and nuclear industry experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in quality or nuclear-related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing supplier quality across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing quality team.
• Drive organizational excellence through training and best practices.
• Set quality objectives aligned with project milestones and regulatory standards.
• Oversee end-to-end supplier quality lifecycle and engagement with suppliers.
• Report KPIs to stakeholders and supplier leadership.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities for non-conformances.
• Manage quality documentation, plans, and procedures.
• Conduct supplier surveillance with on-site audits (up to 50% travel).
• Guide non-conformance disposition and ensure nuclear standards compliance.
