Johns Manville is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead large, complex projects with budgets from $40M to $150M. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and ensure safety and quality across all phases.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years’ experience in industrial/manufacturing settings, with travel up to 60% and a base salary range of $136,900–$188,200 per year. An incentive bonus is possible.

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead investment projects with budgets of $40M–$150M under CPP process.
• Develop feasibility studies and business cases with clear benefits, risks, and returns.
• Estimate costs, resources and timelines; optimize technical solutions.
• Review vendor proposals with procurement and decide on sourcing plans.
• Provide project management oversight for multiple concurrent assignments.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance of equipment and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects.
• Travel up to 30–60% as required.
