This on-site role requires extensive travel and collaboration with plant managers and leadership. You will develop scopes, approve resources, and mentor engineers while leveraging CPP processes to optimize performance and outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Strong project management skills for multi-million dollar projects.
• Proponent/SME for CPP and project management improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Execute investment projects with budgets from $40M to $150M under CPP guidelines.
• Develop feasibility studies, budgets, and business cases; mentor junior engineers.
• Review vendor costs with procurement and select optimal sourcing plan.
