Johns Manville is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead largest and most complex projects. You will plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, aligning with plant managers and business leaders to meet goals. The role requires in-office presence and substantial travel.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering with 10+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 10 years engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing industry.
• Strong project management skills managing projects $40M+.
• Proponent/SME for CPP and project management processes and improvements therein.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to build and motivate high-performance teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Execute investment projects with a budget of $40M to $150M with high complexity according the CPP process.
• Develop, guide, review, and present project feasibility studies and business cases.
• Estimate costs and resources; drive optimal cost/performance improvements.
• Coordinate, review, and manage external engineering resources and contractors.
• Provide project management oversight for multiple project assignments.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across projects.
• Maintain effective communication with management and project customers.
• Prepare, organize, document, and archive project documentation.
