Johns Manville is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead large, multi‑discipline capital projects from planning through execution. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional interfaces with plant managers and business leaders to ensure objectives are met.

The role requires 10+ years of engineering experience in industrial settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with CPP, MS Project or Primavera, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proven project management and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage investment projects with budgets from $40M to $150M per CPP process.
• Develop and present feasibility studies and business cases.
• Estimate costs, resources, and schedules; drive options to optimize cost/performance.
• Review and coordinate with procurement and vendors; ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Provide oversight for multi‑project execution and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status to stakeholders.
