Johns Manville is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead large, complex projects with budgets up to $150M. You will plan, prioritize, and manage resources, coordinate with plant managers and business leaders, and drive projects from conception to completion.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, with strong PM skills and CPP knowledge. Heavy travel is expected.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum 10 years engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong project management skills managing projects $40M +.
• Proponent/SME for CPP and project management processes and improvements therein.
• Excellent leadership and ability to build high-performance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Execute investment projects with budgets of $40M–$150M per CPP; guide engineers.
• Estimate costs, develop schedules, and ensure safe, compliant design.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and external engineers.
• Drive multiple projects to completion and manage change.
• Mentor project staff and provide cross-functional guidance.
