Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer, PE (Mid-Career) to join our Baton Rouge, LA office.

You will provide design, modeling and plan production support for civil projects in water/wastewater and natural gas, working within a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate has a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, Louisiana PE or reciprocity within 6–12 months, and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering; LA PE license or reciprocity within 6–12 months.
• Minimum 2 years' progressive experience in water/wastewater and natural gas projects.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, modeling and design services for water infrastructure and natural gas projects.
• Prepare design drawings, reports, specifications, and permit submittals.
• Collaborate with PMs and design team; communicate with clients and agencies.
