Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a seasoned PE Engineering Manager to lead wastewater and water infrastructure projects within the Water Business Unit.

You will develop and maintain client relationships, oversee project teams, and drive business development with current and new clients in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has NC PE registration, 7–15 years of relevant design experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage projects, budgets, and client

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering with NC PE registration or reciprocity
• 7 to 15 years in wastewater or water treatment design
• Strong business development and client management experience
• Excellent presentation and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships; serve as key contact with major clients.
• Lead proposals and presentations to secure new projects.
• Provide technical, design and project management for water infrastructure projects.
• Lead project teams and manage budgets, schedules and AR collections.
