Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in avionics systems development, verification/validation, and interfaces.
• Experience in PM, CAM, and earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology and engineering focal point for leadership and the customer on various programs.
• Guide engineering development in accordance with PM processes, requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Develops and monitors project plans, schedules, and budgets for small to mid-size projects and suggests adjustments to ensure adherence.
