Job summary

Legence seeks a Senior Project Engineer to support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in coordinating project delivery, documentation, cost control, scheduling, quality, safety, and closeout activities. The role develops independence and leadership to advance to PM or Site Superintendent.

Working with clients, contractors, partners, and internal teams, you will help deliver value-added projects safely, on time, and within budget while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant construction or project experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support PM and Site Superintendent in monitoring budget and schedule.
• Maintain accurate meeting documentation.
• Assist with on-site problem solving to keep schedule.
• Assist with budget tracking and change orders.
• Assist with QA/QC checks and submittals/drawings as needed.
• Develop weekly project reports and maintain logs.
• Build professional relationships with Contractors and stakeholders.
