Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of client projects. You will be the main liaison among customers, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel to customer sites. On-site presence is expected to support project success across the region.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year or bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related PM experience.
• Proven leadership experience directing a diverse team to deliver results.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work onsite at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, and resource planning.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor timelines and milestones, escalate risks when needed.
• Prepare status updates and post-project documentation.
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
