The candidate should have a mechanical engineering degree with 10+ years of design experience and 3 years in leadership, plus familiarity with nuclear design procedures and applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with design experience.
• At least 10 years design experience and 3 years in technical leadership.
• Experience with nuclear or high-hazard remote machinery design is a plus.
• Professional Engineer licensure or progress toward licensure is expected.
• Proficiency with FEA, stress/fatigue/vibration analysis.
• Familiarity with GD&T, P&ID and MFD standards; ISO 9001 and EH&S knowledge.
