Job summary

James Fisher Technologies LLC (JFT) is seeking talented Project Managers at all career levels to join our growing team advancing clean energy and next-generation nuclear technology. You will lead end-to-end engineering and technical projects, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, quality, and customer teams.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in engineering, manufacturing, nuclear, or technical environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful execution.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, resources, and execution plans.
• Strong communication with customers, engineers, production teams, suppliers, and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience.
• PMP/CAPM certification preferred, or willingness to pursue within first year; experience with EVM and ERP/MRP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment of complex engineering projects.
• Own the full project lifecycle from scope definition through design, procurement, fabrication, and delivery; manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality for disciplined delivery.
• Lead projects through ambiguity, technical complexity, and evolving priorities.
• Maintain integrated project schedules and financial forecasts while managing multiple priorities.
