Formación

• Experience leading projects in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong communication with customers, engineers, production teams, and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
