Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience on large complex construction projects valued at $50M+.
• Knowledge of accounting, cost control, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Strong computer skills; BIM and Lean experience are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all project engineering staff and ensure information flow among team members.
• Develop GMP or initial project budget with preconstruction team.
• Coordinate with design professionals, owners and subcontractors for information flow and approvals.
• Manage project financial status and prepare status and accuracy of financial reports.
• Plan, conduct and document project meetings and manage change orders.
• Ensure safety, ethics and compliance; QA/QC throughout the project.
