Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of eight years' related experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and cost control.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Turner's PM and scheduling software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise project-level engineering and administrative policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with field operations to ensure information transfer is clear and implemented.
• Develop contract document knowledge and ensure constructability.
• Lead and develop engineering staff, including performance appraisals as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety, ethics and compliance requirements.
• Oversee communication of information among project team members.
• Prepare procurement schedules and support GMP/ budgeting discussions.
• Review construction documents for QA/QC and resolve issues with design professionals.
• Prepare trade scope documents and bid package content for major purchases.
• Manage project financials, status reports and timely close-out activities.
