Job summary
Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead multiple design projects and provide technical direction to global teams. You will develop schedules, monitor timelines, and ensure projects meet budget and schedule targets.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering and a strong grasp of NPD processes, with a BS in Engineering and preference for Mechanical Engineering. This on-site role supports collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Suppliers at our Wisconsin facility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years engineering experience in related field.
- BS in Engineering.
- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- Experience managing low to moderately complex NPD projects.
- Broad knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership over multiple design projects.
- Offer engineering direction to local and global teams.
- Review work of designers and engineers.
- Develop schedules, agendas, and document meetings.
- Track project timelines and milestones.
- Present project status to stakeholders.
- Manage projects within budget and schedule constraints.
- Coordinate planning with cross-functional teams.
